Would stay again, smaller but not a bad place!
Our first time to NYC so we wanted something close to times square. Price was more affordable than alot we looked at. Bathroom wasn't cleaned the best (hair, etc) but the bed was very comfortable! Parking right next door in garage. Staff very friendly. Hotel was smaller but cute and perfect localation. Walked to Rockefeller and Central Park as well as other attractions and shopping. The Gatsby was right next door and again small but delicious. We had the lamb and the porkchops, highly recommend. Would stay again.

I suggest you avoid this hotel. Firstly compliments (seriously) to the staff who really helped Johnathan, Carlos, Adrian and Jo Jo were great. However this 4* hotel has no laundry or dry cleaning service. When calling from out of the country front desk don't pick up the phone and despite emailing since the end of November about a possible overcharge on my bill of $235 (possibly) i have not even had the courtesy of a reply of any sort from their email.When I asked how to get to 82nd Street I was told "If you don't know the city get a taxi" .They need a concierge and they need laundry and dry cleaning service - we are travellers and we need our clothes cleaned, and they need to reply to the so far 3 emails i have sent them to ask whether or not they do owe me $235. Not impressed.
