I liked the parking deck. It was nice to get in a car that was not sweltering. The unit I stayed in was well stocked with towels and washcloths.

Beach had tons of seaweed floating in the water, and it felt nasty. No ceiling fan in the master bedroom, and it needs one. Master bedroom has no beach view, even though most masters here do have a beach view. This condo claimed to be clean, but my kids bunk bed sheets had hair in them. The living room furniture felt very used. Very disappointed. We will not be back.

No drainer for the dishes. Television in the living room did not work. I reported it and there was an offer to send maintenance right away but we did not come to watch TV so we declined.

Our door malfunctioned and the mechanism wouldn't unlock even with the right code. Things break, however, when we called for help no apologies were given and then we were put on hold multiple times then told to call another number to get maintenance ourselves. If you book this resort, keep in mind there are no onsite employees to help if you need assistance and the offsite customer service representatives don't care about your time.

Spacious condo on the beach. Super clean and comfy with a nice balcony view of the gulf. Really nice pool and quiet surroundings. Beach service was definitely a nice addition! Would stay here again!

Most convenient vacation rental we have ever had! Parking was steps away from the condo, the beach was easily accessible and the pool never had more than one or two other people in it.

We were very comfortable at this condo for our 8 day stay. We loved that the unit had a washer and dryer along with most all the kitchen supplies that you may need. We really enjoyed watching dolphins and sting rays swim in the ocean right out front almost every morning while enjoying our coffee.

The price for our 1 BR condo wasn't the cheapest considering it was October. We expected the facilities to be nice given the price. Check in was simple even though the office was off site. Sheets, towels, countertops, etc. were all clean but there was quite a bit of wear and tear on the furniture. The balcony furniture was filthy and one chair was broken. We were without WiFi for 2 days because the desk clerk called in a work order to have it fixed and the maintenance guy didn't show until the next day. Even then he couldn't fix it. My husband had to show him what the router was and he just said "I'm not an I.T. guy" and walked out. The coffee maker didn't work so we had to find a Walmart to buy our own. Someone had taken the power cord to one of the TVs so my son who was sleeping in one of the bunk beds wasn't able to turn on his tv. It was not the worst place. The beach access was phenomenal because of the smaller size you were just steps from the sand. But because there were so many inconveniences we will be finding a new condo the next time we visit Okaloosa.

Condo was exactly as explained in the ads. Nice clean place with a great vi3ew from the 4th floor. Parking garage attached which is nice. Quiet location and close to lots of great stuff including beaches, restaurants and a short drive to Destin.

Only bad experience I had is when I first got there to check in I was told to three different places to check in other than that it was one of the best vacations I have been on the room was awesome the view was awesome no complaints here!

The location is a 10. You are directly on the beach so besides a million dollar view, it is convenient. The condo itself was just okay. There was no closet space. We had no place to hang clothes, so we laid them out on the bunk beds in the hallway. The bed needed a new mattress. Furnishings and décor need to be updated. Overall, I would rate the condo a 3 out of 5 and the location a 5 out of 5.

The area was beautiful and very clean. The local stores and businesses were very accommodating. A very family friendly area with lots of things to do.
