Old and tired.
This hotel is in need of some real tlc. It needs to be refurbished. The bed is hard, pillows stiff, shower is old,doors dint lock frim the inside,vents in lobby need deep cleaning, sofa abd foot stools in the room are worn out and the coffee is awful. Should i say more. I guess these days you get what you pay for.

Bossy resident and no cleaning
We have stayed at this hotel every 6 months for the last two years. This hotel has a permanent elderly resident (which is a questionable practice by itself) that takes it upon herself to monitor the breakfast area and yell at guests when they close the food lid too hard and states “you are going to break it. I’ve seen it broken before” while she sits there in her robe. The only other complaint was that I had to ask for two days straight for my room to get serviced ( only cleaned once during our 8 day stay).

We booked in April for our stay in October. We received a call an hour before check in that our room was overbooked and they no longer have the larger room available. They offered us only 30% off for their mistake. The hotel is non smoking and very clearly smelled of smoke. Awful customer service.

Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Very noisy. Needs dual pane windows, it sounded like you were out on the street. The exterior halls reeked of marijuana and cigarette smoke. The room itself was very clean.

Besides a few mishaps of being checked into a room that wasn't available. Told i would be credited a bit for the inconvenience and wasn't and now my hold for the one night hasn't been released a week later, it was nice. Kids running up and down the isles causing havoc the whole night. The room was great and the reception was wonderful.

Read before booking
While the desk service is good, the rest of this Hotel needs a lot of work. Here are a few observations or concerns my guest and I encountered. - The room had red stains in the carpet, so much so, if I managed the place, I would have replaced the floor. I would like to think maybe a child spilled red drinks in several places - There are two brown ottomans, one with a torn out leather (or faux leather), something you would find in a dumpster. Why would anyone leave these in a room. Simply remove them. - The closet had someone's grey dirty underwear on the floor, which tells me the cleaning team does not do a good job cleaning the rooms It is not hard to give even an illusion of caring. Simple remove the old stuff, less can be more when it comes to presentation. There is also homeless sleeping on the property and possible in cars in the backside of the parking lot. Something I learned when trying to find parking when I arrived late to come pick up my stuff to go stay at a friends house instead. I would not book this hotel. They have a lot of work to do to provide a decent experience for guest.
