Friends beach journey
Not so good,check-in took awhile and was given wrong room so had to go back to front desk and argue over my reservation and finally got the right room.One of the balcony chairs had the left side broke off,Almost fell out and had to wait until the next day to get another one.

Busy family needed a break!
Check-in was good. Two of the three ladies appeared to be in training. Therefore the more experienced person had a lot of interruptions. One of the 3 remotes did not have batteries. I had to go down to the front desk to get batteries. In the other room I booked, one of those rooms didn't have a remote at all. My son went down to get a remote. He was told he'd have to wait until the next day to get a remote. That room never received a working remote. Fortunately my youngest son could use his phone to watch Netflex. There wasnt a table with chairs to sit and eat if you had prepared food. There was a kitchen but only large mixing spoon and spatula. No utensil!
