Buenas tardes Nos encanto estar en su hotel y muy buenas atenciones, muy amables, limpio y excelentemente ubicado en medio de las zonas centricas de Cholula. Sin embargo tiene un problema. Es imposible ir en verano. las habitaciones no tienen ventanas, tampoco aire acondicionado y el calor era insoportable, no pudimos sentirnos cómodos al dormir a pesar de estar bien equipados en todo lo demas. El personal se preocupo mucho por la situación pero no fue posible mejorar el calor aun con abanicos extras. SI SU VIAJE ES EN INVIERNOS O CON CLIMA FRESCO DE MENOS DE 18 GRADOS CELSIUS - NO DUDE EN HOSPEDARSE EN ESTE HOTEL. Ocupamos dos habitaciones con el mismos problema. Wonderful space with calm energy and a generous and kind staff. Highly recommended if you're OK with a little heat. I knew there wouldn't be air conditioning and there was a heat wave the weekend I was there, so that was a little uncomfortable. But I just took a dip in the pool every time I got too hot. Also the massage therapist/aesthetician was beyond incredible!

I have stayed here a few times now and it’s my favorite place to go it’s clean and quiet and very nice but the one thing that makes me return is the staff from the front desk and the restaurant but every time I go Paola helps me and goes above and beyond to help out especially since I have kids I definitely will return
