I booked for 2 nights and the room given was really great, spacious with balcony. Because I liked it so much, I booked for 2 more nights within the same hotel, the room I booked was more expensive and supposed to be a superior room but upon changing room, I found cob webs, dust, it was a very old room, no A/C and unfurnished. The entire room made me so depressed that I didn’t wanna stay further. I called the reception to ask if I can change room, they told me they are fully booked, I asked if I can downgrade the room the same type of room I stayed for first 2 nights, they said cannot. The receptionist was quite rude, I asked for a refund they didn’t give. This was not the kind of service I was expecting. Such old rooms, especially if it was more expensive than ordinary rooms, should even better maintained. The photos were absolutely misleading. In the end, I had to ask Expedia to help with the refund process.
