Check-in at the front desk was very good and was able to get into my room early which was very appreciated. This is an amazing hotel with wonderful staff. We had a Deluxe Room with Park View for 3 nights. The room was large, with a vestibule and sitting area with a couch and also had a large bathroom. It was impeccably clean and well appointed, and included turn down service each evening. The lobby is big and beautiful and the included breakfast had a huge variety of dishes to meet just about anyone's needs. The location is perfect, sitting at the edge in the Old Town, making everything walkable. Some street noise could occasionally be heard (from 5th floor) but pretty quite otherwise. Ordered room service one night and was surprised at the relatively reasonable prices. Booked a massage one day and paid €125 for 80 min massage (less than would cost in California.) The staff were very friendly and all spoke English. The stay was worth the cost for the level of luxury and service. I would recommend if you want to treat yourself to a relaxing stay with all the amenities.

This beautiful hotel was probably the nicest place I’ve ever had the opportunity to stay at. It was an unexpected joy. The staff was impeccable, the room was spacious and well appointed. The heated bathroom floors were a lovely discovery. I have never seen a breakfast buffet so expansive and inclusive. You also have the option to order from the menu as they have a chef there preparing omelettes, pancakes, etc. Excellent espresso drinks as well. We dined at the restaurant upstairs and the food was so good. I had the lobster and my partner had the strip loin steak (on the recommendation of the waiter) and everything was perfectly cooked. They had mock-tails and NA sparkling wine which we appreciated since neither of us drink alcohol. The desserts were a work of art. Thank you for a lovely stay and we will definitely be back not only for this hotel, but for Riga as well.

I loved this hotel. The hotel is stylishly elegant and is only walking distance from all the major sights in Riga. The room was beautifully apportioned and very comfortable. The breakfast option was a mixture of buffet and a la carte and was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.
