The views are great from your room, the restaurant breakfast/dinner was very good but the best part was their staff the best in Banff in my opinion, what I would recommend is not staying on the 1st floor especially across from the house keeping room as the walls & ceiling are very thin so yes I would stay there again but not in room 105 I would prefer upstairs or the far end near the hot tub, also be careful of the hot water can be scolding hot if not careful

We loved the Juniper Hotel. Front desk was friendly, cheerful and helpful in arranging complimentary rides to and from town. Mountain View’s from our room were excellent and we ate the best breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Highly recommended for an excellent stay.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views! The highway can be somewhat noisy, but the views make a little noise tolerable. The hotel restaurant offers delicious entrees, and our dinner was so delicious, service perfect and friendly staff! What will keep us from choosing this hotel for another stay is the thin walls. Our room was on the first floor, and we heard people walking in the room above us, the volume from their tv, and noise from moving furniture around was disturbing. Noise, was heard from the room next to us, on the first floor. A set of ear plugs can work!

Beautiful room with amazing views. Highly rated restaurant in the hotel. Extremely helpful staff, advised us with hikes in Banff National Park. Wonderful hot tub. The only negative is the trans Canada highway #1 down below the hotel so it’s really noisy on the balcony.

Hudson helped me book a few local adventures and also told we where to see wildlife +, the room he reserved for me had an outstanding view and met my wife’s physical needs (no stairs) very well .
