Everything was new and clean. I had a problem with the door lock but they fixed it right away. The manager Ash, was very kind with suggestions, even booking me transport to Petra the next day. However, I then received 5 transactions on my credit card to the amount of $3000 USD and had to cancel my card whilst abroad, leaving me stranded. I don't know where it went wrong because I booked online & paid through Expedia but the taxi was booked through the hotel on my card. I am very saddened by this turn of events.
