Could be better the maintenance and cleaning
The outside looks great, if you get an apartment with a good view, it can compensate a little.But the maintenance and cleaning of the apartment are disappointed. The room seems it was not cleaned and looks like it was falling apart. Walls dirty, stairs and all. the pool is the best for the whole staying. It’s big and it has a great view from Cannes.

Coin piscine splendide, rien à dire. Cependant la vue mer est aguicheuse, arrivé sur place il faut payer un supplément pour l’avoir et elle n’est pas comme sur les photos. Coussin taché de sang et serviettes sales ! Le coin douche est rempli de poussières et il y a des odeurs nauséabondes qui ressorte du lavabo. La chasse d’eau est cassé quand on arrive. A revoir !

Meget nedslidt Mangel på rengøring. Da vi overtog lejligheden var opvaslemaskinen ikke tømt. Der lå et par trusser i skabet og et par solbriller mellem hynderne i sofaen. Personalet var ubehøvlet og ville ikke hjælpe med ar ringe efter en taxa.

Au moment de l’enregistrement, ils nous ont proposé deux logements le premier vu sur jardin près de suis re et l’autre vu sur mer qu’il faudra attendre 2h après 3 h on nous donne le premier et si on reste sur notre choix on paye 65 e supplémentaires. La caution est bloquée depuis plusieurs jours meme s’ils disent qu’elle est débloquée 24h après l’enregistrement de la sortie On était deux et un bébé, on a dû dormir sur des banquettes très désagréables, heureusement qu’on avait pris Avec le lit parapluie pour bébé (le studio comporte 2 banquettes et deux lit superposés) et la vaisselles sales. Par contre la piscine a une super belle vue seule point positif. Jamais on ne retournera là-bas

Séjour horrible! La chambre était dans un état catastrophique. C’était sale, des araignées à chaque coin, l’odeur de l’humidité même ma cave est plus propre! On a demandé à ce qu’elle soit nettoyée mais rien du tout, le personnel de l’accueil est à revoir au passage pas du tout accueillant. Je ne reviendrai plus jamais et déçu d’expédia pour ce séjour c’est une honte de proposer ce genre d’hôtel.

Très moyen malgré un bon emplacement géographique.
Résidence qui nécessite un immense coup de neuf ! A notre arrivée, pas de casserole ni de balai / pelle dans l’appartement, 1 ventilateur cassé sur 2 pour un 1 appartement de 6 personnes... Plusieurs prises murales condamnées ???!!! Les serviettes de bains ne sont renouvelées qu’après 1 semaine sur place ?!?! Il m’a fallu 3 passages à la réception pour enfin avoir des serviettes propres ! Le pire c’est que ce n’était pas les bonnes tailles je n’ai eu que des petites serviettes !!! La piscine est grande et très bien mais encore une fois, dommage qu’il faille réserver à l’avance les transats PAYANTS !!!??? Idem pour de simple chaises au bord de la piscine !?!? On est où la ?! En bref, pour une réservation « roue de secours » de dernière minute (cause COVID), nous nous en sommes contentés mais plus jamais nous n’y remettrons les pieds ! Heureusement que la résidence est plutôt bien placées.

Le personel (Chloe ) de l’établissement incompétent il s’en fiche royalement du client ce moque et vous rigole au nez j’ai eu mon logement à 19h à mon arrivé Alor que jetai avec 3 enfants a mon départ je demande de rajouter un supplément est avoir mon logement jusqu’à 15h afin faire manger et dormir mes enfants avent repartit on m’a refusé et envoyer la sécurité pour me Faire sortir du logement Alor que ma Fille étai en train de manger!!!!!!! Elle a du sortit de la Chambre avec son assiette sous prétexte qu’il y’a un autre arrivé qui a fais 12h de route j’ai oubli que nous a notre arrivé on na pas fais 12h de route ce qui a pas empêché nous donne les clés seulement à 19h Tous ce que vous pouvez demandé ces non J’ai du hurlé pour qu’on me donne le logement de base que j’ai réserver au bout de 5j à 16h de lapre midis refaire un déménagement pourire une journée vacance Tous le logement sent la moisissure et le égout pas clim si vous ete sans voiture bien vous ete perche en haut du Coline Fo faire 5 bonne minute de voiture pour àvoir du bon pain Le petit restaurant et les personne qui gère la piscine qu’il sont indépendant deux sont adorable

La localisation est parfaite, la vue tout simplement magnifique. Mais ça ne fait pas oublier l'appartement minuscule et pas du tout adapté à une famille. La résidence est bien entretenue mais les appartements (nous en avons eu 2) sont sales, poussiéreux et complètement obsolètes. Petite cerise sur la gâteaux : je me suis fait rayé la voiture dans le parking (trace de clé bien profonde sur la portière). Conclusion : probablement 1ère et dernière expérience Pierre et Vacances
