The staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s a pleasure to stay at hotel Niel. The rooms are comfortable and have a good size for Paris. The location is really nice, in a street not too busy, at a few minutes walk of the Arc de Triomphe. Around the corner, there a street with cafés, shops and (fruit) market with a very nice market vibe every day.

We had an amazing experience with this hotel! The neighborhood is so charming and walkable, the hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the cleanliness levels were excellent! We arrived during a heat wave and there waa no AC on thé 6th floor and the elevator was out as well. But the staff was very helpful and gave us free water and soft drinks and also covered our breakfasts to compensate for the inconvenience. The neighborhood is great and Aldi and FranPrix are a few paces away, along with many interesting eateries on the same street

Lovely hotel on a nice street in Paris close to the Arch de Triomphe and Champs élysées. Fabulous restaurants on the corner. Would definitely stay there again.
