This beautiful holiday home with pool is located in the natural surroundings of central Istria. The house is functionally decorated and equipped and is an ideal choice for those who want to get away from the summer crowds and noise and enjoy the peace surrounded by nature. In the spacious garden, next to the pool with sun deck, there is a covered corner with a barbecue for pleasant gatherings. The location is ideal for an active vacation and a good starting point for exploring the surroundings. If you drive west, you will be greeted by beautiful Rovinj and its picturesque old town. In the east, tourist Rabac and numerous bays with beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea await you. If you drive south, you arrive in Pula, where there are many monuments from the past, such as the Roman amphitheater. Picturesque medieval places can be seen in the north, such as Motovun where an international film festival is held every year in late July. Traveling along the Istrian peninsula you will come across many wine roads and local taverns that offer indigenous delicacies. It is certainly a good way to get to know the local tradition and customs. Visit the nearby U?ka Nature Park where you can enjoy the exceptional nature, which is adorned with many protected and rare animal and plant species. From the top of Vojak there is a phenomenal panoramic view of the Kvarner islands, Istria and Rijeka. Enjoy well -kept hiking and biking trails, educational trails and promenades, the most famous of which are the Slap promenade and the Vela draga educational trail. You can enjoy various sports activities from hiking, free climbing, mountain biking, free flying.
