The shower was dirty, the towels were torn, and the beds were very hard.
When I left, I wasn't even given an acknowledgment, yet I was chased out when the front desk person was asking for the due tax. I toldher to charge it to the credit card on file and she said there was none and I needed to glow her back to pay. Extremely rude and embarrassing how she treated me, considering how much I spent for the stay. When I walked in, she went behind the counter and said that in fact there was a credit card on file, yet she didn’t apologize for treating me like a thief.

Second stay within a week
Our second stay within a week. The first time was a 10/10. Second time, I will only give 8.5/10 as the bedding was badly made and the pillows were paper thin (useless).
Other than that, I would definitely recommend it and come back without hesitation (I would just request better pillows 😉).

The hotel parking not free, we had to search for a parking outside every time. The caretaker sitting at the entrance useless, not even reply to our good morning, we thought he was a client at first, we said hi many times with no reply. At restaurants they welcome us with stress no smile at all, they ask if we’ve paid several times, was still not sure 🤔 she kept saying she doesn’t have the information. Apart from that the rest personal reception maintenance everything and everyone was great 👍 5 star ⭐️
