Bad beds
Could not check in until 4pm. The beds in the apartment were bought in lKEA and not assembled properly as a result the slats didnt hold the mattress ended ip in the floor.
No wifi or router in the apartment. The television cables were ripped off. We had to go ask for towels and TP. The apartment was clean. Seems like they manage several properties so the pictures on line was not out accommodations. I tried calling the desk never answer.

Not good. Don’t bother.
-The apartment was dirty
-It had not been hoovered there were crumbs and hair on the floors
-One of the walls the paint was all coming off
-The fridge freezer was off
-The freezer was being defrosted with the use of what should have been our towels on the kitchen floor
-We didn’t have enough towels for the 6 people we booked for
-We didn’t have any bedding for the sofa bed - which was to be used due to the booking of 6.
-The mattress in the sofa bed was very stained and pretty off putting
-The dishwasher was broken
A couple of my friends came back round to advise the above and collect some bedding and towels, so we could get on with our weekend away, and they were told there was nothing that could be done about it just complain tomorrow.
The next day we were just given an email to complain to. It’s the 5th day since we stayed and I’ve had no response.
Absolutely not worth it for the price.

Terrible!! Unsafe and Zero staff or management
Issues from start to finish, the hotel has no communication they never answer the phone or call you back. Fire alarm was going off throughout our stay, no staff were aware of this as the apartment blocks are not manned. It was ciaos!! Even young girls who were staying there were tampering with the alarm system themselves just to turn it off!!! Shocking! There were young groups staying at the hotel despite it saying it has an over 21 policy, at one point I think there were up to10 people in the room next to us having a party. Again nobody to communicate with to let them know.
We had no toilet paper or towels in the apartment, again impossible to get in touch with them to let them know or help us get some. Although being new in March the toilet flush system was broken!
I could go on and go with the issues we had.....
Overall the worst place we have ever stayed and wouldn't recommend to anyone. Everyone staying here was unhappy and complaining. Keep clear of this place, it should be shut down!

Great location
The apartment was beautiful, so spacious and a great location. The girls at reception desk were lovely even though there were some issues with overbooking. Spent a long time trying to get the car park sorted but ended up parking on Tempest Hey nearby then the parking at the apartment.

Not again
Possibly the worst overnights stay i have had including room and service we had to wait outside the reception steps for an hour and a half after check in time despite ringing up to double check the time was correct. After finally getting our keys we got to the room and the cleaner was still noppimg the floor at half 4. The manager diidnt want anything to do with it. Very disappointing from someone who travels alot with with. Will not be booking again.
