Das Positive vorneweg: Einfaches Einchecken ĂŒber Self Check in. Das Zimmer war sauber, wenn auch nicht groß. ParkplĂ€tze und Ladestationen in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Über die Tiefgarage und den Aufzug haben jederzeit Fremde Zugang zum Hotel. Ich halte das fĂŒr Ă€ĂŸerst unsichern. Die Zimmer sind extrem klein das trifft auch fĂŒr das Bad zu. Die AufenthaltsqualitĂ€t ist mangelahaft. Die Einrichtung ist sehr einfach gehalten. Personal spricht nicht oder nur sehr eingeschrĂ€nkt deutsch. Das Hotel eignet sich eigentlich nur zum Übernachten fĂŒr einen sehr eingeschrĂ€nkte Zeitraum.

Staff gave me the access code by phone and specific direction for underground parking. The access from underground parking is not very attractive. There are a lot of carts with laundry parked.

Debido a una equivocaciĂłn, no pudimos ocupar las cuatro habitaciones que tenĂ­amos reservadas en el hotel ByB de Karlsruhe, Pues el que querĂ­amos era el ByB de Karlsruhe aeroport, que estĂĄ a una distancia de 42 km, ya que tenĂ­amos un vuelo a las 6 de la mañana, asĂ­ que tras mucho diĂĄlogo, tuvimos que hacer una nueva reserva para poder dormir y estar de madrugada en el aeropuerto, claro estĂĄ pagĂĄndola, aĂșn siendo los dos hoteles de la misma cadena.

Convenient location and good family rooms

Arrived in Karlsruhe by train at 23. Had two tired (older) kids with us. Hotel is located more or less across to road from the train station so that was good. Rooms were clean, A/C, fairly new and nobody had any complaints about the beds. The kids slept in a bunk bed. Didn’t hear any noise from others. The rooms aren’t huge, but I’ve been in smaller ones. Large size was also not a requirement we had as we weren’t spending any significant time there. I’d say the size was just right. We had no problem fitting four large backpacks in there before we hopped on the train for Paris the next day. However four large suitcases needed to be opened at once might be problematic. Didn’t get to try the breakfast as the kids slept through breakfast time, but could be added on arrival. When we knew we couldn’t make the open reception time, we called and checked in via phone. Got a code to enter building and our room. Worked very well. Would stay again!
