First off we were in the area for a wedding so in total we had booked more that 10 rooms total. When we got there, we had a lot of bags, the doors weren’t really accessible. The accessibility button worked when it wanted to. The lobby is just dark and muggy. The carpets look dirty, the counters felt sticky and the smell was just not great. The first room we got was on the 6th floor. The small was unbearable, it seems like a sewer issue. We got to our room and there was just so many things. The toilets don’t have a seat cover, the seat itself was ripped up and stripping. The floors were dirty, I could t take my shoes off the furniture mismatched and just overall lacked character. We paid $200 a night and it was not worth it. This is more a motel vibe. The key cards kept not working. My friends room lock “battery died” so they also had to switch rooms. It was a lot having to pack up and leave to another room. The second room was on the 3rd floor. It was better but the toilet was black on the inside. The tub had some brown marks in it. Just a bunch of other stuff. You don’t get room cleaning unless you have been there 2 or more days I believe. I don’t mind that but others might. The experience overall was just not it. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve been to a few.
The staff were nice. The person that checked us in, he was so sweet and understanding. We were having trouble with our credit cards and he was patient and helpful. That was about all that was ok.
