We arrived at 7:30pm. I was emailed the wrong check in address. They never got around to telling me where I was supposed to go, because they got hung up on the fact that I didn’t pre-pay for parking. Then they didn’t want to give us the parking pass. When they did, it wasn’t the one that open the door to where our assigned spot was. After going back to the front desk for the 3rd time, we got the correct pass. By this point, we still didn’t have our room keys. The staff asked us to meet some guy on a side door of the next building, which we did. He told us to “park anywhere”. When we told him we got an assigned spot, he said “oh yeah you better park there then.” He gave us a mini manila envelope with keys, left, and then we realized he gave us the wrong room keys with someone else’s name handwritten on them. When we found him again and let him know, he told me “that’s not my fault”. A lady sitting with him mentioned he must’ve given my keys to the last couple that checked in, so he told me he was going to knock on their door to confirm. I eventually found him knocking on the wrong door. They didn’t answer, and then he said he may not have keys to my room at all. At this point it was 9pm and I’m carrying a fussy infant in the lobby being I may not have a room. They eventually told us we should just stay in the other people’s room, because they didn’t want to switch. Why would they?? Nothing about this place was luxury. I would never come here again and you shouldn’t either.
