Feel right at home in this beautiful one bedroom with loft / one bath
condo. This condo has all of the amenities you need for a vacation
rental. The setting can't be beat either as its located in a quiet
Frisco neighborhood with amazing views of the mountains. There is
definitely something here for everyone!

The master bedroom has a queen and TV. The bathroom is located just
outside the bedroom in the main entrance hallway . The lofted bedroom
has queen bed, looking down on the beautifully decorated living area.

The living room features an HD TV, fireplace and stunning mountain
views. There is a private deck right off the living room where you can
also enjoy this amazing setting. The full kitchen has been recently
updated and features a breakfast bar. There is a dining room table
that seats 4.

Year-round activities are right our your back door! The bike path
connecting Vail to Breckenridge is just a short walk away. In the
winter, you can snowshoe or cross country ski and take a long
walk/hike in the summer. The complex has a sand volleyball court and
tennis courts available to guests in the warmer months. Mountainside
is centrally located in the heart of Summit County with easy access to
all local ski resorts...you can't beat this location!

After a long day of activity, come home and soak in one of the 4 hot
tubs or take a dip in the indoor pool. There is a well maintained
clubhouse just a few steps from the condo that features an inside
swimming pool, inside and outdoor hot-tubs, sauna, steam shower,
racquetball court, and laundry facilities.

Beautifully maintained condo grounds make it a pleasure to walk around
and enjoy the gorgeous scenery. There is assigned underground parking
along with numerous unassigned parking options. You definitely can't
beat the value when booking this property...it has everything you
would want in a vacation rental, in the ideal Frisco location.

There is no A/C in any of our properties. Temperatures rarely crest 75
degrees and always cool off dramatically once the sun sets. SHARED OR
COMMUNITY POOLS / HOT TUBS / CLUB HOUSES: If amenities check lists
includes a hot tub with this property listing, please verify before
confirming your reservation. No refunds are provided due to lack hot
tubs. THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All properties come stocked with a basic
starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue,
hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher
detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional
products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and
towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware,
dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.PARKING: Parking at all
properties is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to
posted signs and parking allocations at all times. WARNING: 4WD or AWD
vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces
including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get
stuck. Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due
to
dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your
rental.COLORADO TRACTION LAW: Starting Sept. and running through May
31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will
be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to
have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or
mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other
traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the
correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Talk with your rental car
company if you are planning to rent.TRAVEL WITH PEACE OF MIND
CLEANING: is following rigorous (Covid-19) cleaning procedures as
recommended by the CDC, AHLA, and VRMA to keep our guests healthy and
our homes clean. Following the cleaning process, housekeepers will
then disinfect properties with a hospital-grade disinfectant.SHARED OR
COMMUNITY POOLS / HOT TUBS / CLUB HOUSES: Unfortunately, most shared
workout facilities, community pools, community hot tubs remain closed
due to COVID-19. COOKING: Cook your own meals in home, even bring your
own food from home.SUMMIT COUNTY FIRE RESTRICTIONS: Stage 1 fire
restrictions, and Summit County’s year-round fire regulations,
prohibit building, maintaining, attending, or using an open fire. An
open fire is defined as any outdoor fire, including but not limited to
campfires, warming fires, bonfires, or prescribed burns of any
material.
