Lady at front desk was very respectable and spoke English (Columbia City) but no one else did. Pool at entrance appeared very nice. Was a huge yellow stain on sheets that I did not notice until the next morning.....yuck!

I got a good deal on the hotels.com app and had no issues. I would stay there again. There was a small stain on one of the blankets but it's white,I don't think that's unreasonable. Toilets have a really weak flush. Overall good stay.
