Bad room experience
Check in was great. Got to room but tv didn't work, light was out in bathroom, bathroom sink leaked onto the floor and shower was barely hotter than lukewarm. Let front desk know as we left for 6 hours. TV was fixed and light was fixed by sink in bathroom actually leaked worse. Had to walk thru water in middle of night to use the bathroom. Bed and front desk service was great. Other than that, a pretty poor experience.

Enjoyable for the most part
We were given our first room and had to go back and get a different room because it wreaked of stale cigarette smoke. Got a different room which was better. Tv in bedroom area didn’t work. No cable and remote was missing the cover and had only one battery in it. Called front desk and she said to come get batteries for remote. I was already in pjs so just skipped it. My husband had trouble sleeping so went out to sitting area and pulled out the sleeper sofa. He said a bed of nails would have been more comfortable so if you are planning guests on that be cautious. Breakfast was very good though and really enjoyed the pool/spa area.

Shakopee Location Baymont
Stayed with sisters for a concert. Very comfortable beds and room for 3 women to get ready comfortably. Pool and hot tub area very nice. Continental breakfast was amazing!!!!

2 night stay Baymont Skakopee
I reserved the Superior suite. Nothing superior about it! The building is old and my room was not clean, especially the bathroom. Dirt between the tiles etc. Air conditioner was set at a temperature and could not be changed. I left my room for a few hours on the second day and asked for housekeeping to bring fresh towels and take out garbage - this did not get done. Breakfast was good Not staying there again!

Check in was quick and easy. Lobby was clean and well lit. Fresh cookies available. Room was clean and fresh smelling. Refrigerator didnt work very well, as it would quit and thaw the freezer creating a small water mess there. Clean, quiet and a definate add to favorite list!
