We had a pleasant night at the Holiday Inn. We chose to stay there as we had a concert to attend at the Riverside Theatre at the PCEC, which was within easy walking distance. The hotel is also close to bars and eating places in the CBD. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and tidy and included thoughtful additions such as the Nespresso coffee machine with pods and complimentary bottled water on arrival. The only downside was that they are currently upgrading the elevators so only one was in use, meaning it took longer to get one. It was a very minor inconvenience and I'm sure the new lifts will be a big improvement.

Great hotel to stay with family. Allows early check in n late check out especially when traveling with kids, it’s really much appreciated. Only issue is that my room has no view and the trainee staff at reception did not give me a workable access card for me to enter my room which caused me to go back to reception and get it rectify. Other than that, it was overall a great stay n other staff were helpful.
