Needs a serious upgrade. Very aged. Tidy but felt dingy and aged. Homeless hanging around the front and attempted to use the inside toilets. Reception staff was great. Friendly and helpful. Other Metro Hotel is way better. Sorry but that is my honest opinion.

Liked the clean spacious room although there were chips in the hand basin and floor tiles. Netflix or Foxtel would have made my stay more enjoyable.No bar and retaraunt not open for dinner also detracted from my enjoyment
