Mid, kinda run down. Front desk worker was nice, but the room itself and the building and a whole were run down and a bit unclean. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and no trash can in the bathroom (both weird). Bed was comfy tho!

Everything was fantastic from start to end. The reception staff were incredibly friendly as check in and check out. The room was spotless and spacious. The lobby was clean. Location is fantastic, too. It's near the highways, but also in a quiet area. I would definitely stay there again.

Works if you need a place to lay your head
If price is the deciding factor this place works. It is not the most spotless place I have ever stayed and slightly dated but it is secluded (quiet) and conveniently located. The $5 per day parking fee is a joke, I pay much more in NYC, Ft. Lauderdale, Vail ect. but come on in Morris Plains NJ don't nickel and dime people.
