    Horrible check in

    At check in The clerk didn’t know how to setup them pre-paid room. She was trying to charge me. After finally understanding it was pre-paid, I was given a key to an already occupied room. When I went back to try to get another room, she had a very bad attitude as if it was my fault.

    Good location. Everything has been removed because of covid, no mini-fridge, coffee machine, alarm clock. Ice machine was working, so that was a plus. Room I stayed in was supposed to be non-smoking, but it reeked of second hand smoke, must be backed up to a smoking room.

    Did not get the room we booked, total disappointment. Telephone didnt have a handset, so you couldnt even call the office or order food if you didnt have a cell phone. Linen looks worn. No refrigerator or microwave as advertised for the king bedroom

    Never Again

    Front Desk person wasn’t very friendly... gave me the room key and said the room number...didn’t give any direction to the room. Upon entering the room it smelled like smoke...it was a roach on the ceiling. No clock inside the room. Cigar trash on the floor in the room.

    Got to the room AC was off was 85 or hotter in room ! Ac wouldn’t kool room left at 12 am cause couldn’t sleep. They wouldn’t give refund. Pay another $30 and stay at holiday inn !!! Don’t stay here period !

    The room was clean and quiet. It was smaller than we expected - beds were double instead of the usual queen, but it was clean and staff was courteous. Their pet policy is a good one, so if you are traveling with pets this is a good spot. We stayed at another hotel and host claimed to be pet friendly and then they charged more than we paid for the room to bring a pet. Pets at Red Roof in are free. Also, if you are nervous about traveling during COVID, there is no interior space that you have to go through to get to your room. I would recommend this to anyone that wants a clean convenient place to stay that doesn’t need a high end hotel to be satisfied.

    Pictures are Deceiving

    The hotel looks nothing like the pictures online. There were guys outside selling drugs and way too much traffic for comfort. The AC in the room went out and our room was changed however we weren’t comfortable remaining at the hotel with all that was going on so we found another hotel.
