No one at receptor 4.pm on Saturday afternoon. Had to call and wait. Room needed to be aired. I unpleasant smell. Bathroom tiles moldy. Both bedside lamps didn’t work. No milk for coffee/ tea. Room basically right on busy road with loud traffic outside. Not an expensive room but very poor for the price.

Lovely place to stay that is quite central and within walking distance to the shops, cafes and pubs. Very clean and spacious room. A couple of negatives unfortunately. The TV was too small. The bathroom bench space was minimal with little room to put your toiletries on. The shower had no door so water got everywhere and the fan wasn’t sufficient to draw out the steam so you couldn’t see in the mirror after your shower. The shower was a bit slippery too.

1. The shower outlet drained very slowly. 2. The shower has no door, so a lot of water went onto the floor in front of the shower, then slowly flowed across the floor to cover the rest of the bathroom. When I used the toilet in the night, I was standing in water. 3. The reverse cycle heater above the front door probably worked okay, but it's location in the short thin corridor to where it opens out into the rest of the room meant that the heat never really warmed the room well. We had it on 25 all night and the room was still cold the next morning.
