Staff were amazing, so helpful, kind to the kids who were there for a hockey tournament and did anything they could to enhance our stay, particularly Tim the manager. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The building is old, stained carpets, scratched furniture. It needs a good renovation. The gym is small, has the basics. The coffee was horrible! Location is good, not too much parking but close enough to the casino and main entertainment area as well as the Falls. For the price, however, I expected better physical property value.
