洗面所と空調に問題有りでした
洗面所が狭く、洗面ボウルも一つしか無く、トイレの蓋も自動で何度も開いてしまいました。ベッドの横に空調があり、風の音で眠れないため、止めるしかありませんでした。朝方4時前にゴミ収集車の音で3,4回目が覚めてしまいました。食事は夕食、朝食共に素晴らしかったので、不満は部屋のみです。

Love this hotel. The customer service is the best I have experienced so far across Japan and other countries. I appreciate the caring and consideration that staff have taken care for us. Super nice hotel with updated amenities in your room. Everyone there was super friendly and attentive, they’ll make you feel like a VIP. The bedding was amazing, it felt like I was sleeping on clouds. This isn’t the place if you prefer to have natural sunlight, this place is pretty dark overall. Also I swear breakfast said 2200 per person on the menu but I ended up getting charged 12000yen for 2 people (about $100USD) so I’d make sure on the price before you add on breakfast and reserve your spot in the morning. It was great but not too sure if it was worth $100.. would I go back to this hotel? Probably not, even though it was a really nice place.
