When check-in it was disorganized and almost screwed up the reservation by the senior guy at the front desk. One needs to climb down from the so called king size bed to the bathroom or vice versa. The room allocated poorly configured and in design. Breakfast terrible not enough fresh fruit supply. Other younger staff at the front desk need to be more well trained in tourism industry.
