This was a great hotel with reasonable prices, and the staff was excellent. The only thing I would improve is the bathroom door- it’s very loud opening it and if you have to go in the night it will wake someone up!

Check in and staff (cleaning and breakfast) were professional l. Excellent breakfast. Distinctly above average. The view of the lake was outstanding. The hotel is run down though. It has a 70s/80s vibe. Shame the owners haven't considered investing in a face lift.

Positives - Good view, restaurant & value. Negatives - Need a taxi to go everywhere. Junior staff were very welcoming & helpful, Senior Management were snooty and inflexible. No lift in the older side of the hotel so it was awkward to carry luggage to 2nd floor.

Der var simpelthen FOR mange gæster med hunde, som gjorde at vi de første 2 dage ikke kunne sidde på vores altan. Dette blev nævnt i receptionen, men de kunne intet gøre. Lidt slidt hotel og et ældre badeværelse som kunne trænge til en opgradering. Men ellers et ok sted, men en ny aperitive bar som var super god og lækker.

abbiamo approfittato di una promozione per un soggiorno di una notte in un hotel frequentatissimo da tedeschi in vavanza sul lago d'orta. la struttura è in buone condizioni e la colazione varia ed abbondante. la piscina non era affollatissima, ma il plus credo che siano gli sport d'acqua che di possono svolgere

Das Hotel ist an sich sehr schön mit einer netten Gartenanlage und Pool direkt am Seeufer. Der innenbereich ist relativ frisch renoviert und modern, dazu passt aber der Außenbereich nicht so ganz, der ein wenig an die 70er Jahre erinnert. Die Matratzenschoner unsere Betten waren fleckig und ein wenig schmuddelig und bestimmt schon länger nicht gewaschen. Leider konnte das Rezeptionspersonal nur bedingt Abhilfe schaffen, da niemand wusste, wo das Housekeeping frische Matratzenschoner aufbewahrt. Uns wurde zwar für die erste Nacht ein Upgrade in ein Zimmer mit Seesicht angeboten, da es um die Sauberkeit der Betten dort aber nicht besser bestellt war, haben wir darauf verzichtet. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn das Hotel sich eine andere Entschädigung oder Aufmerksamkeit überlegt hätte. Pettenasco als Ort hat leider nicht viel zu bieten. Ohne Auto oder Fahrrad ist es eher schwierig nach Orta San Giulio zu kommen.
