Condition of hotel is dated and dirty. Bugs, cracks, mold in all other areas except for lobby, elevator broken, pool has large light missing from hole and just hanging by wire onto pool ledge, only were given one pillow per person to sleep on, only 3 towels were initially given for four people, no pool towels available, electronic door locks sometimes worked and sometimes didn't (we were actually locked out in the pool area and had to call the front desk to come let us in due to door not unlocking), ect. Staff were reluctant to help and often gave a snobby attitude when asked. You needed to pay extra money per day to have anything in your room cleaned, garbage collected or revamped except for having new towels brought. Due to work constraints, we asked for a late check-out on departing day and they said they would only grant a late check out if we scanned their QR code and left a good review on their page. Bribery definitely shouldn't be present in the hospitality business. Surrounding hotels in area are better value for your money. So disappointed in our stay.
