God stay
Reception was professional and friendly. Hotel was clean and our room was clean and everything was working properly. Good value for the money. Location was ok but it was nice weather to walk to downtown which takes around 30 minutes.

Hotel service was good. Room clean. Beds firm to hard. Restaurant for breakfast (IHOP) was ridiculously expensive even for Niagara Falls. Ask for a breakfast discount card at the front desk to help the price..

I reserved room with jetted tub. Have stayed here before, so was expecting the 22 person tub pictured. Instead got a 1 person tub. Bait and switch. Don't show 2 person if that is not provided. Noise in hallways was outrageous at all hours of the night. $14 for parking when you are 5km from the falls is just a cheap gouging tactic.

Fun room, great heart shaped jacuzzi Tv not many stations and they are kinda far from everything so they should offer free parking for one car per room since they have a vast parking lot Overall it was good
