Horrible experience
1. Shuttle driver followed us into the lobby and watched us check-in which was incredibly uncomfortable
2. I was forced to put the full amount of the stay as well as the deposit on my credit card upon checking in, instead of taking the deposit at that time and allowing me to pay for the room upon checking out with a different method
3. The store items were marked up x5
4. The mattress cover on the pull out sofa had blood stains on it among other questionable stains so three of us ended up sharing the "king" size bed
5. The bed was queen sized, the only thing king sized was the headboard
6. The front staff was visibly overwhelmed or annoyed even when there were no other guests around
7. Shuttle took one hour to show up at the airport
8. Completely put a damper on an otherwise wonderful vacation. Will NEVER stay here again, this hotel should maybe have 2 stars
