8/10 Very good

It was a good stay. Huge TV with lots of channels, soft bed, room could be cleaned better, needs to upgrade the carpet, breakfast was awesome, kitchen area was clean, quiet, fenced parking area and have a gate, but they put a sign on, they are not responsible for damaged vehicles.

This was a nice place to stay for a night when you need to catch an early flight out of the Memphis airport. The price was right. The hotel was quiet the evening I stayed there. The front desk clerk was very friendly and welcoming.

Great hotel. I’m a business traveler and it’s clean, simple and accommodating staff. The neighborhood is a bit rough, but not a problem for me.

3 night Stay

Hotel is not in a better part of town. However, loved that they lock a gate up at 7pm at night to make it safer. Friendly staff. Hotel could do with some updating as bathroom is in need of some work. Overall a good stay.

The property def needs to be upgraded. The beds are super uncomfortable, bring your own pillow, these are terrible. ease of coming and going was fine. Breakfast was good.

I reported my carpet was wet in one of my room and it was coming from the refrigerator they didn’t come check it out nor move us to another room. I had to constantly ask for towels they kept telling they didn’t have any so I had to go purchase some towels overall I will never book here again and don’t recommend it to anyone

No electrical outlets on either night stand. Had to charge phone in bathroom. Lots of neglected maintenance issues like broken tiles, dented sheet rock ,etc. Looked like there was mold behind the toilet

Would not stay here again. The tv didn’t even have the local channel to watch the nba playoffs. We literally stopped halfway on our 13 hour road trip just so we could watch game 7 and they didn’t even have NBC!!!

This property was a disappointment in comparison to other Fairfield Inns we have stayed in. The air-conditioning, the Breakfast, the bathroom and the closets were Disappointing for the money we spent.
