Its good! But..
It was a great stay here. The service was wonderful, and the quality of the room was top. HOWEVER, the pillows and the shower are terrible. The pillows, there should be hard and soft pillows, they were very uncomfortable to sleep on. The shower.. oh lord. the water pressure is so weak and does not allow you to push it past the basic pressure. The design of the tub meant that water spills out if you move out the way. It is very frustrating to experience, as a nice calming shower is a huge part of my relaxing routine after a long day of work/travel. I will likely be hesitant to book Courtyard as I notice this pillow and shower issue is common amongst their hotels.

The hotel is good and well kept but price is too high for the overall service. Front desk staff is very friendly. Parking and breakfast is very good but also at the upper end of the price scale. The bar team may need to work on the customer experience. A little more attention towards customers could help there.

We enjoyed our short stay at the hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Great service at the lobby lounge and the room was spacious and clean. The only areas could have been better is the water pressure for the shower and blackout curtains. Will definitely return in the future :)!

Central positioned, good breakfast, profesional personel, the room and the hotel are clean. Safe and big parking onder the hotel The only remark is that the coffee machine in the room was not emptied or cleaned for a while. There were still capsules present in the machine. Very dissapointing for the price. The room looked dark and miserable. There was an old, musty damp carpet smell. We had to change rooms 3 times and they all smelt the same. We wanted to walk out the hotel.
