Sadly this isn't a mid-range hotel as expected, it is really quite dated and I feel some of the pictures are misleading. We were given a Superior room that had damp on the walls, mould in the shower and really old furniture with a door handle almost hanging off the wardrobe. Felt more like a basic hostel. When we raised this with reception we were able to move to a nicer room with a modern bathroom, it was much smaller though. Also, be aware that only 3 superior rooms have a balcony, so you'd be very lucky to secure one of them.
Overall a pretty disappointing experience but it did the job for two nights. The location is the main selling point, everything you need (station, restaurants, Old Town, beach) is within 10 mins walking distance. Breakfast is ok but the room it's served in is very busy and noisy.
