When we arrived the pool was broken and closed so we resigned to watching TV which also didn't work. We had front desk guy come up and he couldn't get it to work either, I've machine was broke also so he wanted to move us and we said can we just get our money back and go elsewhere and he said sure but when we had Expedia requested our refund they declined. It was very fidgeting that they treat customers that way. Stay somewhere else

I was just there to sleep a few hours, so realistically I did not need a lot, but there was no iron, no closet, no hair dryer and the shower was just a literal space to stand with no place to set anything except the floor. It was definitely not sound proof either. You could hear everything. For the price, even Super 8 has more amenities. The guy working the counter was very slow. The only positives were, the bed was fairly comfortable and they did not ask for a deposit.
