Friendly but out of date
Overall stay was okay. Staff was polite and helpful. The cable in the room didn't work (very limited channels) and maintenance told us that the TV's were so old that they didn't work with the cable signal. Hotel was clean but was definitely long in the tooth.

There was no shampoo or soap. When we notified the front desk associate, we were given a full size bottle of vo5 and a bar of dial soap.
There was hair in and on the tub.
The door to the room and bathroom stuck.
There were leftover screws on most of the room walls from a recent renovation.
The tv looked like it had just been purchased from a local store.

There really isn't anything I liked about this property. The bathroom had a light with exposed wires, the t.v. had six channels, the room was outdated and needed a deep cleaning. The pool was realy, really gross. The breakfast was stale. I've stayed in a lot of places and this was one of the worst. I wish i had something nice to say, but there really wasn't anything.

I travel a lot. The room was so dirty, the floor was dirty and smelled. The bathroom was also not cleaned properly, so it was so disgusting. I will never go there again, but it was the worst experience. The workers were also the worst. Don't go here.

Hotel needs upgrade
I chose the Hampton because I wanted a better quality hotel. The hotel was run down
1. What appeared to be black mold in toilet
2. No screen in window (2nd Floor)
3. No refrigerator
4. Rusted trash cans in room and bathroom
5. Paint in sink covering cracks in bowls pealing
6. Something (blood or feces) on shower wall
7. Sink and shower dripping
8. No cream or sugar for coffee for the 3 mornings I stayed. Staff said it didn't come on truck. My thought is if you are aware there is no supplies you go to store
9. Trash in parking lot
10. 1 wash cloth for 2 people for three nights.
11. 32 inch not smart TV
12. Ice bucket broken
There is probably more I don't remember lol
While sitting in breakfast area, over heard other guest complaints. Someone said no shampoo, conditioner or body wash in shower. Another said room was dirty. Several other comments
Staff shared with me that the place needed to be upgraded. During check out i was asked how my stay was. I said no complaints about staff but the hotel was really run down and not worth the $150 a night we paid. If I wanted low budget motel I would have saved a a few hundred dollars and stayed in one.

Overall we felt safe staying here as a group of girls in our 20's, there were just a few things that needed repairs/updates like some of the carpet being pretty worn out and a broken elevator button.

Side of bed had stains on it. Not all amenities were in room. Had to ask at front desk for the remaining items. Due to a previous stay, knew to not count on any breakfast items remaining if/when we went to breakfast so we made other plans. So it was disheartening that when we left a staff member sat there after breakfast with all the items we didnt get. I paid for a hotel with breakfast and didnt get it yet staff did.

Room was not clean. Walls had dirt on them. Shower curtain had red stains. Shower did not drain. One bed was very squeaky. Pillows were square and very small. 1st morning when we went to breakfast with still an hou of breakfast to go, they was next to no food. No fruit. No coffee. No waffle batter. One piece of toast. Cereal was stale. Sausage was burnt. Most amenities were not in room. Only conditioner. I had to go to front desk to get remaining items.

First room smelled like ashtray. Second room had bad thermostat and bath fan too noisy to use. Elevator had missing control button but worked. Pool was ok but had sign warning to not touch underwater light. Breakfast was poor. This hotel not up to Hilton Or Hampton Standards. Not recommended
