TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE! DO NOT STAY HERE! THEY WILL CHEAT YOU! Did not have room ready (wasn't oversold, just not cleaned per clerk). Stuck with a 1 king bed for 4 people til next morning with promise of discount and 2 queen beds which is what we reserved. When we finally got room, water dripped from tub, deadbolt was broken, walls were peeling, and smelled like urine. Hallways had no ac, bathroom by pools were trashed, breakfast offerings were not replenished quickly so not much to choose from depending on time we went down. At checkout, did NOT get discount. Apparently only manager EVELYN could do that. Mind you, we had called her a couple times and left VMs and left messages with the front desk for her to call us during the stay. Dead silence from her. Had no choice but to check out and pay full price cuz the poor clerk couldn't do anything with no MOD. Was told EVELYN would adjust the bill with the discount after the stay. Emailed her about it and all the issues multiple times, but met with silence. Still no discount to this day (1.5 months later). Important to know that when we spoke with other guests at breakfast, a couple people mentioned they'd been charged for extra nights or the wrong price but were told EVELYN would adjust after the stay too. EVELYN, you are not doing a good job! We have stayed here 4-5 times in the last few years and this is the worst it has been. Your customer service skills are lackluster. Run away people! Don't stay here!
