Convenient overnight stay
We had a quick overnight stay. Room was clean and had a refrigerator. My only con was that there was no in room coffee maker. Parking was right outside our room. This was close enough to walk to the restaurants we wanted to go to. Our section of rooms had sliding door patios viewing the pool. Be great for families in warmer weather.

Property needs major maintenance
The only things I liked about the stay was front desk friendliness and the price at a time where all other hotels were booked. This property needs lots of maintenance work and wasn’t very clean. Lightbulbs out, layer of dirt on shower head, toilet loose to the floor, complimentary shampoo bottle attached to the wall smashed in so you could use.

Im going in for surgery in the morning and thus my mother traveled to me for support. I got her a handicapped room in a budget motel as she is elderly. 80 years old. Upon arrivsl i was required to pay a 250 dollar hold for incidentals which for a a budget motel is outrageous. The property was inconvenient with Hard to find rooms. Office was located dont know where as the clerk was unclear with a thick accent and apathy which is a terrible combination for communication. The service was just awful and bordered on insulting. Clerk didnt acknowledge complaints just said sign here. My ex wife communicates with me more than this guy did. Positive was a Big nice bathroom, clean pool, good thai resturant connected to property but i cant get over the bad service. Never staying here again. I dont deserve to be treated like a criminal where i have to pay a 250 dollar hold in a buget property. Ive stayed at nice resorts that dont ask for as much.

The room itself was relatively clean although the bathroom floor could use a scrubbing. The biggest issue was the 1/4" gap in the door. It was so gaping that it barely stayed shut. Then we had 60 mph winds and the wind just barreled though the room. We had to grab some tape from the car to close that gap. Overall, the managers were very nice and I'm sure that they were doing the best that they could with the aging structure. Also, we had to go buy our own soap and shampoo. If you are staying here be aware that the soap is literally a wafer of suds and the shampoo might do a baby's head. Hit the Dollar Tree for essentials. Also, grab towels before you go to your room if there are more than three people in the room. There were only three towels. The expense of the room didn't live up to what you would expect.

Not sure why this was $139 a room on a Saturday night. Nor really "Econo" if you ask me. We asked for adjoining rooms & they were able to accommodate us, but the first set of rooms they gave us were not ready, & I'm glad because when we walked in one of the rooms, it had the most musty smell. The second set of rooms was better. I understand there is a pool and people use it, but WOW! We were across the pool, near the office on the top floor & you would think my windows and doors were open with how loud it was. The windows are single pane and thin, so very noisy, especially when people are walking and talking past your room late at night. The air conditioner was super loud & noisy throughout the night. The adjoining room did not have a security device on the door, their refrigerator never got cold & be advised, they do not have an in room coffee maker. We had to park late at night at the restaurant next door since there was no place for us to park on property when we returned. We moved the car at 6 am when a spot opened up on property, so we wouldn't get towed. The breakfast area is really small for the size of the property. Coffee, tea, cold cereal, instant oatmeal & prepackaged muffins is your breakfast. No fruit, no yogurt. It was pretty sparse & unimpressive. WAY OVERPRICED for what we paid. If I'm going to spend that kind of money, next time ( we travel to St George A LOT, this was a last minute trip) it will be in a better property...cause this was NOT it.

Continental breakfast was pitiful. Packaged muffins and cereal. They don’t tell you but there is an $250 check in fee. Rooms were clean, although the baseboards were falling apart and water damage. Pool is indeed not open when advertised.

It is an ok place. The breakfast is all cold. Not much to really talk about. Best to consider the place as having cereal, coffee and packaged muffins.
