We stayed in a “newer room” I was not impressed the furniture was dinged and scraped. Alarms from stores went off all night. I love a good room and I wasn’t impressed with this hotel. Four seasons has a level of grand and impressive and this one was not. Breakfast was great though and staff were nice.

Great location, good food. Rooms are comfortable, our suite was spacious and nice but view was terrible for $1200 a night. We stay there almost every year and I am a Expedia gold member but it didn’t mean a thing to them. Very disappointed that they don’t even have loyalty for the returning guests.
