Amazing views!
This hotel was perfectly located at the northern end of Karon beach. There are stairs that access the hotel from the beach. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Definitely visit the restaurant for breakfast. The views are stunning.

A wonderful stay!
We had a wonderful stay for our first few days in Phuket, our room was clean and comfortable with an amazing view of Karon Beach. You can walk down to the beach from the resort which was a great feature. The staff were so kind and helpful, would 100% recommend staying here!

Recommend this place to anyone looking to be far from loud areas but close to everything. The view from our room and the restaurant is immaculate. Staff are very friendly and very happy people. We showed up a few hours early and they allowed us to check in. 5 mins from the beach. A bit of an incline coming back up from the beach but there is a restaurant down below to grab some ice cream to ensure the heat.

Not worth the view
There were bugs all over the bathroom. The water did not get hot in the shower. The bed was hard and not clean. There were two power outlets in the room. The floor was peeling up.

This place was great! For the price and the area, it was an awesome deal. It wasn't the nicest resort, but it was everything we needed. The views are amazing and the hotel has direct access to the beach (and the less crowded side of the beach!) The restaurant is convenient and the food is good. The staff was helpful but very slow.

Wow! Fantastic site overlooking Karon beach, especially at night but also day. Restaurant has even stunning views being higher up the Hill. Bedroom facing beachfront excellent! Bit small in area size but more than made up wit private balcony space ! Staff are simply beautiful and so hospitable to your every whim. Definitely returning back here next time and for longer stay

Staff are really nice and helpful. The views to the beach are spectacular. The restaurant is very good. There are a lot of steps between the rooms and reception and restaurant, which can be tough in the extreme heat. Room is pretty basic especially the toilet with a shower that wets the whole area and gets very slippery when you use it. A great value place to stay, if on a budget.

Fantastisk utsikt över Karon beach
Utsikten från hotellet var helt fantastisk. Bättre än deras egna bilder. Det är mycket trappor då man rör sig från toppen av berget hela vägen ner till stranden där rummen/husen ligger i terasser. Inget för den med knäproblem. Men de har en golfbil som man åka med. Maten var jättegod och supergoda smoothies på hela frukter. En mango och yoghurt smoothie till frukost… vilken härlig start. Sopporna är väldigt bra, fina råvaror. Däremot stängde hotellets restaurang lite tidigt dvs 19.30. Kunde gärna få vara öppet längre. För att ta sig till Karon staden måste man gå via stranden och passera ett dagvattenutlopp en bit bort. Finns solstolar att hyra precis nedanför hotellet vid en restaurang på stranden som inte tillhör hotellet. Den restaurangen är bäst för en drink och inte mat. Att ta sig till och från hotellet gör man enklast med en Bolt eller Grab, vilket är mycket billigare än taxi. Här bor man lugnt och skönt samtidigt som Karons livfullhet är ett stenkast bort.
