Property is being remodeled and they did make a good effort to accommodate guests. Everything was great except you may want to go somewhere else for breakfast. Nice hotel for the price.

Complimentary breakfast wanting.
Hotel is nearly complete its renovations. Clean, modern spacious rooms. However the complimentary breakfast is extremely wanting. No yogurt, what little fruit was available disappeared in no time. Just toast and toaster waffles and cereal are the choices. Not even lids for the coffee cups!

Under remodel, nice stay
Hotel is under a remodel. Our room was a remodeled room and it was very nice for the paypoint. The amenities and room size was very nice. Only downside was a subpar breakfast set up. Would repeat for sure - especially after remodel is completed.

Worked for overnight, but nothing more
The hotel was overall nice enough. Different than most hotels I've ever been to, with rooms in a maze up a short flight of stairs off the lobby. We had a double queen bed executive suite and it was okay. My main cleanliness concern was the chair in my room which was very cleanly covered in stains. Everything else looked clean, though. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very lack luster- a couple cereal options, bread for toast, thawed waffles also for toasting and apples wrapped in plastic wrap. There are many food options within minutes, though, including fast food and a waffle house. As far as customer service, we only interacted with the front desk receptionist at check in and she was welcoming enough, but immediately disappeared back upstairs after getting us checked in and I never saw another worker the rest of my stay. Overall it worked for our quick stop through on a longer trip, but I would not stay here for anything more than that.

Nice rooms, sub-par breakfast
This hotel is a former Country Inn and Suites. The rooms have new hard floors rather than dirty carpet. Breakfast does not measure up to the Country Inn standards, having no hot foods other than toaster items (no eggs or meat). This was our second stay here, and we have found it a great cheap stopover between Wisconsin and Florida.

We just needed a place to stay the night on our way to Florida. The hotel itself wasnt too bad. It looked like they had renovations happening.We weren't happy in the bathroom. One of the "clean" towels had a hair on it. Another was just very stained. The beds were comfy & we liked the vinyl flooring. I didnt expect much for the breakfast because the hotel was so inexpensive. They offered thawed waffles, bread to toast, cereal & apples. Very disappointed with the diluted orange juice though. Yuk why even waste the time. Coffee was out at 7:15 am. But the worst part, which isnt necessarily on the hotel was the people across from our room smoking weed. It smelled so bad!

Had trouble with no phone in the rooms, I had a problem with having to wait for someone to show up at the front desk. Rooms are in horrible condition. Rust on door frames and the ceiling of the bathroom. Shower head is very low. And just cereal and dried out bread for their free breakfast. I will not ever stay there again.

It was horrible. This place definitely needs renovation. Room was very dirty and smelly, wiggle tables, spots on the walls and ceiling and I don’t even want to talk about carpet. Thank God I brought slippers. It says breakfast included, but there was nothing to eat except cereal.

Well, first i was given a room that was already occupied. Then given a second room with pot leaves residue and the ceiling leaked in the bathroom causing me to slip. I was very disappointed with the stay.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. When a customer had the same name they kicked me out of my room through their error. When questioned they re ascertained it was my doing and had my card information and would be charging me either way for both rooms since it’s on file. (Still wrong) When realizing it was messed up I asked for a refund or change for partial booking only( that was used) change they laughed. Save yourself the hassle of being walked to the red roof inn when the screw up is on them at 2:00 am and I was right. Talk about safety. My 130 dollar room is now 240 combined, but at least I could sleep comfortably. Thank you Expedia for listening on the phone kindly and doing your best. Can’t make this kind of stuff up.
