If I could give 4.5 stars, I would. This hotel was lovely and had a very good location. There was a bus stop right beside it where tours, airport transportation, etc. picked up and dropped off which was ideal. It wasn't a long walk to the harbour and very close to the shopping district. The hotel itself was well-organized, clean, and attractive. The room was small-ish - but not as small as central Manhattan. It was still well organized. I would have liked drawers, but I am not sure where we could have put our empty luggage then. The breakfast included was really good and offered a lot of options. We had appetizers and drinks at the restaurant one evening and everything was delicious and service was great. The hotel itself reminded me of an IKEA display (a very nice one). They stored our luggage before our return flight. When I had questions before our arrival the hotel staff replied promptly and to each question.
I found the bed a little hard, but not too bad, but it was a good size and the pillows were perfect. The bathroom has a deep tub which was very appreciated after one 10-hour tour we took on a day that it poured rain for 3/4 of the day and there were almost gale-force winds.
