On the day if arrival, I coukd not access the property as no one communucated that I needed a pass code to enter the building and there was no reception. After an 8 hour flight, I had to be dragging my luggage across the road to sit in the park, trying to get someone to respond to my messages. After getting the pass code and entering the room, I was told I had to leave as check in was at 3pm
