Our stay was great. Our room was large but it’s an older resort. Room smelled musty on arrival not sure if it was a dog friendly room. Location is wonderful away from the crowd in the village area- beach was amazing and somewhat secluded!! Ocean view seemed like ocean front - would stay again and request the same building.

Definitely not a resort experience. Amenities like ice were inconveniently located. No coffee maker in room. No bottled water offered. Breakfast was way overpriced - and normally included at Holiday Inns. Shower leaked which caused bath floor to be a ship hazard.

I’ve stayed here many times now and it’s just a beautiful property and being right on the water with their new restaurant was delicious and so accessible! I wish it was warmer but it’s still a nice get away! One of the managers even comped a night for us to stay for free- so kind! And they took us to the store whenever we needed. It’s beautiful, bikes to rent for free, must go!

We loved it here! Spacious room, clean, friendly staff. Gorgous views. Super quiet (we did stay in the off season). Loved the pool, bar, hottub, and proximity to the beach. We will be back. Jekyll Island Hodiday Inn Resort

This was a dated Hotel however was renovated with some updates that made it special. We went with our daughter and grandchildren and the amenities were awesome and family oriented. Rooms are clean, room service was excellent and staff very friendly!! Restaurant was awesome. Great service and food delecious. We will be back!!

My room was on the parking lot side of the resort. I recommend spending extra $ and getting a room on the ocean side - the rooms are larger, cleaner and quieter. Plus, you don't have to walk as far to go to the pool, restaurant/bar, etc. I loved the outdoor firepits and relaxing atmosphere.

Key was deactivated.? Maintenance man knocked on door at 6:30pm to check light bulbs… Bikes were not wiped off for guest use. Chairs around fire pits were not wiped clean.
