Worst hotel we have ever stayed in

This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. My husband is a commercial driver and has to shut down after 11 hours of driving, so we couldn't go someplace else after we reached the hotel. Otherwise we would've cancelled and left just like everyone else in line at the hotel office. We had to get three different rooms before one we could even sleep in. My phone was dead after being on the road all day so I couldn't take pics, but I made a list of the issues. They are as follows: -No air conditioning in ENTIRE hotel and wasn't told that before we checked in -All vending machines out of order -Pool empty and closed in August -Their WiFi was down -Man vomiting outside 1st room-3rd floor and he was vomiting over the railing right outside our door -2nd room was somehow locked even though our key worked -Broken toilet -Empty shampoo/conditioner bottle which means room was cleaned poorly -Broken lamp shade -Boogers smeared on glass of picture hanging on the wall above the bed -Tape holding the TV remote together -No phone in the room -No trash can in the room -Woman in next room had two pit bulls who barked and lunged at us angrily when she was coming out and we were coming in. -Shower didn't drain, so it filled up while showering -Police officer was there responding to two separate calls

I was really disappointing with my stay!

The room was filthy, people were banging on the walls, and there was so much noise down the hall. This place is discussing and could not stay longer and had to leave for the night. Me and my girls were there for two hours, after so much noise we left around 1:00 AM. I believe that I should get my money back and will never return to this place. it rates a 3.0 but its really worth a 0.00

Hotel manager was very inconsiderate VERY rude

I have a prepaid reservation non-refundable and she was very rude and inconsiderate trying to make me pay for a room that I have not signed a contract for but the person that did sign a contract for that room that I was saying he left early I guess call the office lobby and complain vigorously about getting his money back I was told the room is paid up till Tuesday by the gentleman that was in that room I have a reservation through hotels.com or My Rewards package and she denied me the room she told me I could not get my personal items until I paid for two nights that was already paid for in advance but was given back to the customer for whatever reason that does not concern me what concerns me her forcing me to try and pay for two nights that I was not under or nor did I find a piece of paper for so therefore I should not be liable she needs to go back to class and learn customer phone and not so rude in her voice and her attitude it's like the world owes her something and when I try to explain my situation about me waiting for an apartment and I have nowhere else to go and I haven't taken a shower in 2 days and she blatantly said she does not care it's not her problem now I have never been treated like that even when I was locked up in jail I was never denied a shower or food but at this hotel this manager denied me a prepaid non-refundable booking fee needs to be released from her duties immediately and far as my experience I will never go there as long as she's working

Third world experience

Hotel AC not working first night. Dirty room, filthy rug, woodwork literally falling apart. Crumbs on old, threadbare blanket. Bathroom door so water damaged it wouldn't close. Outlets not working, missing or burned out light bulbs, several outlets not working. No fridge, microwave, hairdryer, iron, etc., unlike other chain hotels at this price. Room not serviced at all during a two night stay, bed not made, no fresh towels, waste baskets not emptied. Lobby ATM and vending machine out of order. Poor quality breakfast, cheap offerings, watery lukewarm coffee. Ladies room off lobby marked employees only. A truly dismal experience. Only positive: courteous, patient, friendly staff.

Worst place I have ever stayed. The employees were friendly and helpful. The non smoking room however reeked of smoke and looked like it hadn't been cleaned. There were someone's dirty socks on the floor, hairs in the bathtub and half eaten candy on the floor.

This place is a dump and a joke.

The area was nice but it was infested with drug addicts and the cops where there all the time arresting people. The breakfast was a joke a gallon of milk set on the counter with bread and muffins in a plastic bin. The eating area was very low budget and needed a face lift. The whole place had no air conditioning and was humid and very uncomfortable. The place smelled of mildew and dog or cat urine. The bathtub was way out dated and needed to be replaced the shower curtain was mildewed and the toliet had a cigarette burn on it. The only great thing about this place was the lady at the front desk, she was greatest I have came across. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I will not return to that place, what was shocking was the price 95.00 plus 50.00 deposit that was supposed to be returned as long as everything was in order. That's a joke the maid can say no and your out of 50.00. No if ands or buts about it.

DON"T STAY -DANGEROUS TO YOUR HEALTH

really bad - I came at 2:30 to check in and told to come back later. then I came back later and they could not tell me if they had a room or not - then gave me a room in the back that smelled so bad with smoke - I requested a different room - gave me one and told me it was in the same place -- I t was not - it was on a totally different side of the building - unsavory characters hanging around the building at all times, I saw the room and was upset - paint peeling off the wall, the toilet tipped when you sat on it, stains all over the rugs and walls - To make it short, it was the worst place I have ever stayed

Hotel in poor physical condition

The hotel and grounds are in very poor condition. Are room had a roof leak. The bed, shower and toilet were in good working order. The breakfast advertised was the worst I have ever experienced. No coffee or any descent food items. Hotel short of staff. Poorly managed. I would not recommend this hotel. Fails to meet minimal expectations. Expedia should be ashamed to list such a hotel. They should have minimal level of quality to list on their web site. knights Inn should be ashamed too. This hotel property a previous Days Inn was in sad and poor physical condition. It is obvious they lack the money to get the hotel up to a minimum level of standard.

Bad Hotel! Seek Alternative.

This hotel is not worth it. Terrible service-young inexperienced associates who talk about their customers; the property is old and smells; the room was dirty with old furnishing--bathtub hand footprint markings, one bed had no mattress pad, mattress was worn, springy feeling, pillows smelt, tv old box, carpet dirty...I cannot be say anything positive about my experience. Seek alternative. This place was not worth $103! I would like a refund! Even my receipt was incorrect and the associates in the AM were less than helpful.

I didn't stay. I checked in and quickly checked out. This is an unsafe facility . Broken lamp shades, jarred door, unclean , baseboards peeling, dated furniture, holes in the wall. Strange people in the parking lot. Police on the premises when I was checking in. Not a good hotel to represent hotels.com. You should remove this choice from your list.

Moldy coffee says it all

Our first room did not have air conditioning. Our second room was already occupied! The AC on our third and final room was barely functional, and we had only one towel and no cups or anything else until we went to get them. Musty smell. Poor plumbing. Broken fixtures. MOLDY COFFEE IN THE POT! All vending machines-- and even the juice machine at breakfast-- ware out of order. Website didn't inform us that checkout was knocked back to 10 am or that the pool didn't work. The shower was nice and the staff was friendly, but everything else about our stay was not only disappointing but infuriating. Two days later we are still trying to get a hold of the manager.

Not a good visit.

No maid service. Had to ask for towels. Room was dirty. Cobwebs! Food left in fridge from prior guest. Continental breakfast was stale cereal/warm milk. Reserved three nights. They did a bait and switch and tried to get us to pay 85.00 for the third night wound up leaving and having no place to stay the third night. I will never stay there again and I will not use Expedia again either. Police knocked on our door. frightening.
