The apartments were very nice and Bette, the woman who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. I give her five stars! The only thing is, I think there could have been a little more information up front about the check-in process and breakfast. Because this is not a typical hotel, the apartments are managed by a service. Check-in took about a half hour.
When paying the extra 20$ for the Breakfast, I was expecting in my mind a wonderful buffet breakfast with a large variety of options, including breads, pastries, fruit, juices and a couple of refills on my coffee.
This is what I have come to expect at a good hotel. But, because these apartments are managed by an investment group, Breakfast turned out to be a delivery from a nearby restaurant from a menu item you pick the night before.
There is a restaurant at the facility. You may want to opt out of the Breakfast option and just eat there.
