Non working electrical outlets, smelly room, smelly AC, thin walls, paint chipping from the walls, the key card kept demagnetizing, the rooms were not as clean as they could have been. Overall not the worst but definitely not a good experience by any means.

Malo. Tienes que pagar por ingresar con un animal de servicio. Creo que ni saben lo que es eso. No me permitieron usar su nevera para meter un topper "porque los regañan", por lo que la comida se echó a perder. Ya me había quedado en el Hotel plaza del arco express y fue la misma situacion. Se supone que éste es mejor, pero para nada. Al menos en el otro me dieron una kit de amenidades para mí animal de servicio. Aquí, ni eso. El baño era sumamente ruidoso. No entienden tus necesidades. El único que fue genial es el señor de seguridad, muy amable.

Me había espantado cuando reserve porq había leído malos comentarios que decían q estaba horrible pero al menos en lo personal no se me hizo así me tocó una habitación limpia, ordenada y me pude mover fácilmente a todos los puntos de la ciudad tanto a pie como en coche.. en conclusión muy buen hotel!
