Modern and clean with hard bed.
The location is great because near the train station and underground metro system. We walked everywhere. Took the train to Pompeii. Modern and clean but the bed was too hard for us. The breakfast was okay. Hard boiled eggs, salad, ham, salami, and cheese. Fresh fruits and wonderful juice. Dry cereals and lots of pastries and cakes, which we don’t eat in the morning. The coffee was good. Side note: Our taxi driver charged us 25 Euro from the train station to the hotel which was a rip off. We could have walked.

We stayed in the hotel just for one night. Lisa on the front desk was very helpful and nice. She booked us the last minute trip to Pompei with a very good company. Because we were leaving earlier Maria prepared breakfast specially for us. The only thing I would prefer is a softer bed and pillows. But it’s just my preference.

Customer service is amazing. They found out last minute we had just gotten married during our stay and surprised us with a little celebratory dessert and champagne. They also packed us breakfast as we had to leave for the airport very early the next morning. The room was very clean!

Great property and staff! They were so helpful with the area and walk through of the room and where to find everything. We were leaving for our flight around 6:30 am and they pre packed us a breakfast for the next morning, it was very thoughtful and appreciated. Lots of great restaurants nearby and very walkable to almost the entire city.
