I picked this hotel for the location and views. From the minute we arrived the manager on reception was very dismissive, he gave us no information on where our room was just said first floor the key is in the door! Watched us struggle with two cases up the stairs. So, the rooms looked beautiful great furniture and apartment set up, but no plates, cutlery etc. No information in the room so had to keep pestering the manager on reception on as to where we could order food, when breakfast was, where to get pool towels etc. They were so under staffed one poor guy was doing everything. It isn't a problem to us if things are missing in the rooms eg toilet paper or things aren't working it is how staff deal with it. So once the guy replenished our room we sat down to the view. Went to open the blinds of the bedroom, view of the road, in full view of the parked drivers! balcony - you couldn't go out on so narrow and ours had broken glass and cigerette butts! Ok try the lounge for the mountain view as paid for! One blind wouldn't raise and we just had a mass of wires facing us! The manager just shrugged his shoulders and said he would see maintainance, which he clearly didn't do. ok we would go up to the rooftop terrace and eat and see the views, no luck. Closed for maintainance! So no beautiful view totally mis-sold on that. I asked about a different room and he said they were full. Pool - lovely, food basic.Such a shame, could be gorgeous in the right hands.
